About International Outsourcing Summit

Developments in technology, expanding demand, and shifts in public policy are creating major challenges and opportunities for the global IT-BPO industry. How is, and will, the industry respond? To examine that question and its alternatives, we are delighted to announce that the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is organizing the fourth annual International Outsourcing Summit: Global Market Leaders Addressing Global Issues, October 7-9, 2012 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel in Metro Manila, Philippines. This year’s Summit will seek to increase understanding of these new drivers of growth, their impact, and how the industry is likely to adapt business models and strategies in response.
