IOS 2012 Co-Presenters, Partner confirm support

Telcoms providers PLDT and Globe will co-present IOS 2012 with the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP). The firms have co-presented the Summit since its inception four years ago.

As part of their support for the annual gathering of IT-BPO and GIC heavyweights, Globe will produce the gala dinner October 8. PLDT will produce the farewell dinner the following evening. Every year, delegates are treated to world-class performances by Filipino singers, actors, and comedians for two consecutive evenings following plenary and breakout sessions during the day.

Cognizant has also confirmed its support of IOS 2012 as a Partner. This is the second time Cognizant has partnered with BPAP to produce the Summit. The company provides a broad range of value-driven services from the Philippines and supports 13 verticals. As part of its support of IOS 2012, Cognizant will assist organizers in identifying and inviting C-level IT-BPO and client executives to participate as speakers and panelists.

About International Outsourcing Summit

Have we entered the Golden Era of Outsourcing? Developments in technology, expanding demand, and shifts in public policy are creating major challenges and opportunities for the global IT-BPO industry. How is, and will, the industry respond? To examine that question and its alternatives, we are delighted to announce that the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is organizing the fourth annual International Outsourcing Summit: Global Market Leaders Addressing Global Issues, October 7-9, 2012 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel in Metro Manila, Philippines. This year’s Summit will seek to increase understanding of these new drivers of growth, their impact, and how the industry is likely to adapt business models and strategies in response.
