Top executives from Aegis, Tata Consultancy Services, and Virtual Staff Finder have confirmed their participation in multiple IOS 2012 panels. Aparup Sengupta, managing director and global CEO of Aegis Limited will serve as a panelist in the opening plenary, “Threats and challenges: Should protectionism be a genuine concerns for the global service delivery business?”
Mr. Sengupta has been a vocal advocate for development of the industry, particularly its evolution into a provider of complex, non-voice services. He joins other leading industry voices such as Nasscom president Som Mittal in this closely watched panel.
Mark Bretton, vice president and head of BPO for UK and Europe at Tata Consultancy Services will join one of two president’s panels, “Diversification Strategy: How do IT-BPO companies wean themselves from dependence on the US market. Providing an entrepreneurial perspective on industry development is Chris Ducker, CEO and founder of Virtual Staff Finder. Mr. Ducker is a panelist for Breakout One, “Does brand matter in talent marketing.”
