Mr. Dugan, who is based in Singapore, is responsible for leading Telstra Global’s sales strategy in South Asia’s emerging markets, bolstering relationships with enterprises and building a team across the region to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Prior to joining Telstra Global, he held a number of senior management and sales positions, most recently as the Head of Data Center, Virtualization and Cloud Technology Practice Asia, at CISCO Systems.
In this position he was responsible for the development of the professional services practice in Asia, targeting the service provider and enterprise segments. Mr. Duggan has extensive experience across the sector having also worked at Cable & Wireless, Reuters, INFONET UK, and Mercury Communications.
